Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

If you separately and expressly opt in to receive non-marketing text messages, Jay Gee’s may send messages concerning your inquiries, bookings, purchases, orders, party or group-event requests, and customer-service interactions. The frequency of non-marketing messages varies based on your interactions with us.

Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are separate, optional choices. Providing a telephone number, submitting a form, starting a chat, making a purchase, or booking an event does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information below.

We do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent. We do not share this information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers that help us operate our messaging program, but only as necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
